WhatClinic helps patients find, compare and book the right clinics for them, in more than 135 countries. We provide detailed listings for over 60,000 clinics on our site.

Over the last 15 years, we have seen the importance of providing excellent service to all patients. We have also witnessed a number of difficulties that Aesthetic Medicine clinics face, the most prominent being the lack of time to handle effectively all patient enquiries from numerous sources. To solve this issue, we created InDesk. Behind our service, there are experienced customer service specialists knowledgeable about Medical Aesthetic treatments and devoted to making the job of aesthetic practitioners easier.

Our Mission

We designed InDesk to restore the work-life balance among busy Medical Aesthetic practitioners while supporting the development of their business. We do this by taking care of all patient communication, giving them time to focus on what is important. It gives practitioners the confidence that their patients will experience the best possible service.

Effective customer service can be a challenge, especially if you are in a flurry of other responsibilities. We spoke to dozens of Medical Aesthetic Practitioners who were struggling to respond to patient enquiries before work, between treatments, or even late at night. This led to compromising not only their relationships with loved ones, but also depriving them of valuable time to relax and pursue their passions.

The Management Team

We have many years of experience in management, sales, and marketing in the medical industry, including the field of Aesthetic Medicine. The main offices of InDesk are located in the heart of Dublin, but our international team also includes experts from Poland, South Africa and the UK.
